Terminal - Cologne

It was too far outside the city of Koln, the checkin staff were cold and unhelpful. we did drive into the city (12 miles) and it was handy for the motorway next morning

I would not recommend the hotel for anyone without a car. It's not even convenient for the airport (main reason I booked) as you need to take a bus and train to reach the airport (nearly an hour journey) or a cab would be approximately €10. Trains out in the direction of the hotel are every 20 minutes during the day, every 30 minutes in the evening, so if you want to see central Cologne, get a hotel in the centre and save lots of time. Daytime staff are good, decent hotel for the money, but the location is poor for visiting Cologne.

you should pay for Wifi in this Hotel and I think this is a big negative effect of service.

Good position near the airport - friendly staff - nice breakfast buffet

Plenty food at breakfast, even after 9am, clean rooms and beds, no smell in hotel. Pleasant and friendly staff.

Staff not helpful at all. Available only smoking room with a very bad smelling, impossible to sleep for a non smoker.

The room was fine ... a quiet place to stay for a night. The breakfast was delicious and varied

Good location meant a short10 minute walk to the railway station for a quick train trip into city centre. Reception staff very helpful.

Just terrible! Its far from the city center. There is no any facility at room. The bath is not clean at all! Breakfast? Just a few options!

Breakfast at 5.30 on Sunday morning was no problem for the 3rd time that I stayed there. Boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon; the full works. Excellent!

We reserved a double room. However, when we arrived, we found that they gave us a single room(single bed, sheet, pillow, towel and cup). This is their so-called double room. The staff could not change a real double room for us. What a cheating hotel. Also, it is a little far away from the center, we drove nearly 30min to reach the center.

The hotel is cheap and it is rather 2 stars hotel. But the staff is very pleasant and helpful.

If taking a room, on workdays, better ask for a room with not street view. Because at 6.30 am big noise in the street starts and it is not possible to sleep, because of noise isolation is poor..
